Hi, I do love your comic strip. But technically today’s and yesterday’s strip are wrong. The muppet show theme actually had words. The song you are referring to in your strips is “Mana manah” which was a sketch on the Muppet show with a little monster and 2 backup ones doing the “do dos”, but it was not the theme song. I always loved the Muppet Show. Thanks for the great childhood memories.

Thanks for pointing that out! I was just going with my old man’s memory on the subject…maybe I should’ve actually researched the topic. That being said, I’m writing from my childhood experiences as I can remember them and the ‘Mana manah’ bit, in my head at least, is associated with the Muppet Show so please indulge me if I take a few liberties…;)
